Refund policy

1. Exchange Policy

If your T-shirt arrives damaged or has a manufacturing/printing defect, we're happy to help with an exchange.

To request an exchange:

• Please record an unboxing video when opening your package.
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Email hello@teeinfinity.com with your order number and details of the issue.

2. Refunds

If an approved damaged or faulty product cannot be exchanged, we'll arrange a refund to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Returns

Teeinfinity currently does not accept returns on delivered products.

We recommend checking our size chart and product details before placing your order to make sure you select the right size.
